The display and access for claimable rewards were experiencing issues with delays which may have prohibited Coin Holders from claiming rewards or viewing an accurate display of claimable rewards. Our team has resolved the issue reported - Coin holders/Creators who had rewards in pending mode are encouraged to refresh their page and re-claim again. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Unrelated to the issues on our 3rd party blockchain, there are known issues with some Weekly Rewards showing as 0 pending rewards or not distributing properly that have been escalated and our team is investigating further.

The issue remains undiagnosed and transactions and Portfolio balances may experience some latency as our 3rd-party blockchain continues to work to identify and remedy the root cause. This is an issue being handled at the executive level at both Rally and our 3rd-party blockchain's team. Engineers are continuing to work across systems to diagnose the root cause, troubleshoot, and monitor progress hourly to minimize impact to users. We greatly apologize for any issues experienced in the past week and appreciate your patience.

We are evaluating the possible impact to the Weekly Rewards Distribution which may be delayed until this issue is resolved. This will also continue to affect APIs until we have a resolution. A root cause has not yet been identified. No ETA to provide at this time.

Latency continues and 408 errors are still happening at a lower rate than yesterday, but higher than normal. Rally.io will be placed in Maintenance Mode for a few hours. Thank you for your reports on your ongoing experience with the website. We have confirmed that while most transactions are going through (however slowly -- on average, about 11s), some are timing out. Rewards are still getting distributed.

If you don't feel your portfolio balance is accurate, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies before logging in to ensure the coin balances are displaying accurately in their portfolio.
