Use the Active Campaigns feature to sell generally anything you want via your Creator Coin. Campaigns are great for limited availability opportunities such as:

  1. Physical goods such as clothing, CDs, and more.

  2. Content for a particular week.

    1. Play with me/co-op slots.

    2. Questions for an AMA.

    3. 1on1 meetings.

  3. Seats in an event like a tournament, concert, watch party, and more.

For Creators:

When a fan buys a campaign offer, you will see the transaction with the campaign name in your Wallet > My Activity feed. When a fan purchases a campaign, the coins are transferred from their account to your account, much like using the Send feature.

Create a Campaign

To create a campaign:

  1. Browse to your Creator Coin page on Rally.io.

  2. On the Overview Tab, select the edit button next to Active Campaigns.

  3. Click the Campaign tab.

  4. Enter your Campaign's options and settings.

    1. Type a name/title for the campaign.

    2. Set a Claim limit, aka quantity (e.g. for a single-redemption item, enter a value of 1).

    3. Enter the amount in coin or USD that the item costs. To switch between CC and USD, select the toggle to the right of the entry blank.

    4. (Optional) Type any notes/instructions for the fan in the "Add a note" blank. The fan will see this when they open the campaign for purchase. For example, if you are selling something like a t-shirt, ask for the fan's size and shipping address.

    5. (Optional) Type a note that the fan will receive in the email receipt. This could be a thank you note, a link, or anything else you want to have sent in the receipt.

  5. Click Create Link to finalize the campaign and post it to the Active Campaigns area of your coin's home page.

When a fan clicks the link, they'll be taken to the final step in the Send flow to complete the transaction. They have the option of making their username and/or note public should you use a tool like Streamlabs or Stream Elements.

Expired links will show a message to a user who finds them indicating the campaign has ended.

View/Edit Your Campaigns

After you've created a campaign, you can view all of your open and closed campaigns, editing any open campaigns, and view how many items have been bought per campaign.

To view/edit your campaigns:

  1. Browse to your Creator Coin page on Rally.io.

  2. On the Overview Tab, select the edit button next to Active Campaigns.

  3. Click LIST.

  4. To view claims on a campaign, click the link under the campaign title to see any claims.

  5. To edit a campaign, click the pencil icon.

  6. To send the campaign link to someone or post the link to the campaign on another website or social media account, click the green links icon.

End/Stop a Campaign

To stop a campaign:

  1. Browse to your Creator Coin page on Rally.io.

  2. On the Overview Tab, select the edit button next to Active Campaigns.

  3. Click LIST.

  4. Click the pencil icon for the campaign you want to end. This will open the campaign details.

  5. At the bottom of the window, click End Campaign.
